I got this 1:200 Hasegawa 777 as a part of a large group of models picked up from a deceased estate. If I didn't take them they were going to be thrown out
.....and I couldn't bear that thought. The original owner/builder had many of his airliner models finished in generic and non-descript attractive but simple colour schemes....this is one of them. He also had 1:144th DC-10, L1011, 777, A310, A330, A320 all in a similar scheme, (I think he may have fancied himself as some kind industrial designer/artist
). All these rather well-constructed models are now just sitting in my version of "Victorville" long-term storage, (i.e. the old blue RAAF trunk), waiting for a re-birth and a new lease of life.

PS: My supplier of "custom-made decals" has just let me know that he is happy to do the Malaysian 777 for me in 1:144 so I am now of two minds which one should take priority....the 1:200 or the 1:144
