Wish list

So what would be on your wish list of kits that are not on the market?

I'd love a Cessna Caravan in 1/48.

I would kill for a descent injection-moulded 1:72 DC-4, (not that abortion from Mach 2 :( ), and I would love to see Revell do a 1:144 C-141 and C-5 to follow up their excellent C-17, A400M, and AN-124.

It's Trumpeter Paul, did you seriously expect something good?

I would like for Revell to put out a 1/72 WW1 U-boat. I did vote for it in their poll so it's on their mind. Always wanted to built Lothar von Arnauld's submarine, the greatest submarine commander in history with 198 ships sunk that equates to over 450,000 GRT in 15 war patrols.

I'd love to see new injection kits of the following:

1/144
- DC-10 with correct engines, fuselage fairings and nose
- MD-11 with both engine options
- A300-600 with both engine options
- 747-100/200/300 with correct GE engine option
- 747-400 with correct PW engine option (current Revell's fuselage is woeful)
- A330-200 with all tailfin and engine options (no more chopping the Revell)
- 767-200 with both correct engine options (no more chopping the Zvezda or Revell)
- F-28s
- DHC-8s

1/72
- Kingair 200 with both prop options
- F-27 with correct everything
- DH-86 Express (for the Qantas Heritage Collection)
- DC-4
- DHC-8s

I figure that if I wish for a lot, then maybe one or two may come to fruition...

Scott.

More 1/32 high performance aerobatic aeroplanes such as classics like Pitts S-1S and Su-26.
One thing bound to happen as I've bought the Trumpeter offerings plus spent vast sums on all the after-market "fixes" are decent 1/32 Su-27 and E.E Lightning F.1 kits! The Trumpeter kits have huge mistakes and need a lot of work as per most of their 1/32 jet kits - it's a conspiracy I say!
How about a 1/32 Chipmunk - how cool would that be!

Image

to go along with the Fisher Models "Red Baron" and the Heritage Models "Voodoo" Mustangs. Geez....I am salivating at the thought of that sort of impressive line-up on the A/CAM display table :D

B727-100 and B727-200...with proper shape, engines etc...
It's hard for me to get used to these changing times... I remember when the air was clean and the sex was dirty..
