It appears we may get to see a couple of spectacular Canadian civvie Mossies soon from you huh! Why no go large like Andrew - 1/24 Airfix! If 1/32 is "Man scale", then 1/24 is "He-man scale"!

I wouldn't say they'll be getting done anytime soon mate. Gotta sort the model room out after the move before anything modelling related happens. As for going big I've already got a 1/24 Mossie among others in the stash but don't have the room at the moment. Besides I'm not that interested in pissing contests

The original Whiskey Jack produced decals were indeed available in 1/48. You'll just have to search the second-hand market for them, I guess...

If you liked those you will probably like the red one here

http://www.dkdecals.cz/navod_Mosquito72.jpg

Unfortunately it's not available in 1/48 (we can make it happen if someone would like 50 or pay a ridiculous amount for one)
and it's an awful lot of decal options (15 or so) to get just for one. They have been selling very well so maybe the best option is to find a strictly military modeller who will let you have the red one.

The other pain Ed is finding a PR41 conversion for a 1/72 Mossie kit to do VH-KLG :( On a good note apparently the decals have arrived and I acquired a Tamiya Mosquito FB Mk.VI kit today. Just have to get a B Mk.IV and I'll be good to start :)
