Some homepage changes

Hi guys,
Just to keep everyone in the loop....you will notice some slight changes to our homepage in the coming days, including the elimination of the paid membership subscription link, (hopefully this will encourage new members to join without fear of having to pay a fee), and the addition of a link to our FB page. Some more changes will occur in the near future with the elimination of certain forums that are not being used.

You might want to remove reference to the paid subscription in the FAQ area as well.

Reading through the FAQ for the first time I did not realises there was a thread/post of the month competition?

Also looks like the link to the galleries page is semi-dead

All in good time Sir. I am acutely aware of the Site "housekeeping" that still needs to be done, (we are currently in the middel of the site clean-up.....you will note that there is reference to the membership fee in the Code of Conduct as well, this will also have to be removed). I am also aware of the Galleries issue....this template fault was reported last week and will be attended to shortly.
There was a competiton running for the last few days, (organised by Adam....and thanks for that initative Adam, much appreciated mate). Adam will announce the winners shortly. As to other competitons, we will arrange these when site finances permit.

OK.....so the "Galleries" page is now up and running again after a "re-build" following recent site tech issues.
