So what about fire bombers and the like, ex P-3s, Tackers, C-130s? Would they be suitable for the category?

Absolutely.....any ex-military type in a civil scheme, excluding civil-registered warbirds and specialised types in predominantly military schemes.
Your Aero Union P-3 would be ideal in demonstrating then potential diversity that our new category has to offer.

Love ya work Capt Eric!!!. I think we are looking at 1st, 2nd and 3rd there, but I am still going to enter all my crappy little old refurbs, because I want to showcase to the modelling community that this category is diverse, interesting, and colourful, (and well-patronised).

BN Islander in Milford Sound Flightseeing livery, the racing Hurricane, and hopefully a Super Cub, if I don't fling it into the wall first..
For the ACAM display, I don't think ol' Dougie Masters' C152 is going to be ready, but Little Nellie will be there with bells - well, missiles - on.
