Thanks guys. Yes, it's grown beyond what I initially invisioned for the project. I think now that I have put too much work into it not to enter it at expo, so I think you will be able to see it there in June. Thanks for the feedback.

Cheers.

Yeah.....she has been a great project to watch so far, (much like when we were all watching Eric's DH-88 evolve before our very eyes). I think you have done an amazing job and I am really looking forward to seeing this "in the flesh" at Expo this year, (now just over four months away :? ).

Work had been on hold for a bit while I waited for payday to get some more resin, but I picked that resin up on Friday and managed to pour the last three walls today, before heading down to Bunnings to by some three ply and start assembling it all together.

It Measures 610mm Deep x 670 Wide. Where the walls return on the sides will be filled with foam and topped with dirt and gravel. I'll wait till its all painted up with the line markings and such before I make a final decision, but it may need some more items to fill up the area.

Wow Troy! That is impressive! Going to be a great tribute to all the RAAF air and grounds crews on Canberra's in Vietnam.

You've probably thought of these items, but wheel chocks and a extinguisher will add extra bling to the setting. The main wheels look wonky - have they been put on temporarily, or have they sagged/slayed out under load?

You can do a bit of "armour" technique weathering on the revetment walls - the odd rusty paint scratch/chip using artist oils - that will look cool!

Great stuff following this thread and seeing your project grow.

Cheers

Thanks Adam. The landing gear a firm, but there isn't much meat to fix them and they just won't stay down. I'm planning on holding them straight, funnily enough, with the chocks which will be fixed to the base. A fire extinguisher will fit right in. Great idea.
