Here's what I've bought myself for Christmas. What does Christmas have in store for you?

But don't tell Santa, I could still get lucky.

If it makes ya fell any better Paul, I will be starting work at 0400 on Boxing day morning so there goes my Christmas day.
Leigh....just gotta say that Short Shetland is one butt-ugly aeroplane but would certainly make an interesting model.

Santa came a little early for me with several not exactly low priced 1/32 resin kits throughout the year, so it's a model free Christmas for this little black duck! New Years resolution is to spend a great deal more time actually modelling rather than acquiring kits

A Micro Mark punch set is winging its way to me for my present.

I will be finally able to get some work done on the C-17 :D

I'm sorry to read that some of us are looking forward to less than optimal Christmases.

Gosh Adam, your New Year resolution and mine, to spend more time on making models and less on acquiring them, are the same. However, if some obscure kit maker out there decides to release a 1/144 Saro Princess, or a Sikorsky 44, or even a Latecoere 521, I will have to reconsider my position.

I have lusted after a display case for years, there were many things stopping me from getting one.. where to put the bloody thing amongst them but I finally bit the bullet thinking I'll build it put it somewhere and see how it goes.

This should reduce the frequency my models will need dusting and reduce the risk of further damage. Many of these require a little refurbishment here and there, I will do that gradually and get the fleet back in reasonable shape. I'll need another now.. by the way building this was quite stressful, all that glass and bloody heavy at that, I almost had kittens!
