TAA A300 VH-TAD William Light

Airfix kit, again Hawkeye decals.

Might be time to give Hawkeye decals a good plug here. For anyone contemplating getting decals for airliners. They offer a good quality product that I've enjoyed using.

Great work, Stu! Always liked that scheme...my aunty used to be cabin crew on one of them :)
Pretending to do it TAC style with the big boys since 1987
Also, we don't need no steenkin' VLATs!

Thanks lads.. Damo they were a bit of a rattler, but comfortable. Your aunt would have a few good yarns. :D

Lovely Build Stu.

A co worker ( spraypainter) of mine use to work for TAA when this scheme came out. for the Life of him couldn't understand how you got TAA out of it.
Then after they finished that Scheme they repainted the fleet in Australian scheme.

Bloody hell Stu.......she's beautiful!!!.
Having crewed "Delta" for many years, along with her sisters "A", "C", and "E", (granted...in post-merger QF colours), it's quiet emotional and nostalgic to see her so well-represented in model form.
Lovely....just lovely.
Thanks for posting
Ray

PS: a little bit of nostalgia to go along with this lovely model
