Dropped into Cash Converters in Preston today, had some model kits on the 50% off thrown out table. Picked up the 1/48 Classic Aircraft Battle, 1/48 Special Hobby Skua, 1/48 Hasegawa Bf 109E with Aeromaster Decal sheet and 1/48 LA 7 from Eduard for less than 60 bucks.

With a 50th birthday and Fathers Day within a week, it has been rather lucative for models. Firstly from a mate I got a Phantom. I don't even like them

I also scored a few gift vouchers for my local, Models and Hobbies 4 U. I think I'll be getting a 1/48 Tamiya P-38F and a 1/48 Kinetic Pucara.

Happy Father's Day to all the Dads out there. For Father's Day I got a Matilda tank from my little man which will be an Aussie one fighting in PNG
