Thanks Leigh

Some nose weight required it seems

I also added the winglets to the wingtips and am sorting out the filling and fairing in now

Looks like the clear parts in the cockpit are yet again not cooperating so I may be filling the windscreen and using supplied decals

It is coming together now, the cockpit windscreen was a pain and I could not get the clear parts sorted, so to stop stalling this one I resorted to Milliput to fill the openings ( I didn't know you could get black!)

The cockpit fittings were removed and dropped into the spares tub and openings filled

The nose gear leg was designed to be fitted to the bottom of the fuselage even though the instructions tell you to create a wheel well so the struts had to be lengthened, I did this will K&S brass tubing sections
Image

I also added some detail before painting ( not that is will be seen)
Image

The APU exhaust was also enhanced, the supplied detail as a small divot with a little nipple sticking out of it (engine not glued on at this stage)

Finally the main subassemblies we glued together and putty has been applied to the seems

With engines (again not glued yet)

With so much on the bench I am jumping around between projects

Back on the G-IV again and it has been primed and sanded and primed and sanded, etc
Image

And I have now turned my attention to the details, antennas, and the like as the fuselage is getting close to being painted
Image

First attempt at attaching the tail GPS/Satcom? bulge to the vertical stab, it was sitting slightly too proud so it was removed and more material removed from the base, it will need some fairing in once the glue sets
