It seems not many people are taking these restrictions seriously. I see Comrade Dan on the news banging on about how people will be fined for being out, there's not a cop in sight out there. People, mostly old, just congregating around the shops. Vicpol wouldn't have enough members to police the outer lock down ring and the suburbs, I reckon your chance of getting a fine is very low and even then you need to be doing something obvious.
