Thanks Uros, me too.
An L-188 Electra up next I hope, though it is sort of reversed, A civil machine that was turned into a war machine.
I regained my mojo with this one today after loosing interest in for a while
The engines when together with little fuss after replacing the the exhausts ( that is as far as I got, well I puttied the seams as well)
One of the props did give me grief as the holding pin slipped off the hub a little, enough to keep it in the nacelle but to much to keep a snug fit, there was a 2 mm gap between the front of the nacelle and the back of the hub, so it was basically rattling around rather than spinning. Anyway the prop ended up falling off the pin so I split the nacelle open and reassembled it properly.
Engines were sanded and added to the wings, the joins then filled and sanded again, right wing
And the left wing with the troublesome No 3 engine gluing prior to puttying the nacelle to wing gaps
Next I started to add the horizontal stabs and test fit the canopy, I found that there was a gap at the front which needed some shimming
and finally the other stab fitted and glue setting
Let's see if I can now see this to the finish!
