Tamiya 1/48 KI61 55th fighter regiment.

my latest finished kit is the new Tamiya KI61 in 1/48 scale i have used decals from a LTD edition Hasegawa kit for the 55th fighter Regiment Okinawakita April 1945

the kit is superb it has been built out of box with the exception of a set of Eduard seatbelts, and went together beautifully and heaps of detail.

i am planning another kit later on as the it it just an enjoyable model to build and there are some stunning addons for this kit.

Very nice Paul, is the Tamiya kit worth the extra $$$ over the Hasegawa kit?
Either way that's a nice result you've attained. Always a nice aircraft the Ki-61 series.
