I haven't looked at the Fine Scale Modeler one yet, but I read some and flipped through the red one and it is FULL of valuable information. Good shit, not no "fluff." Weird thing is, I've had them both for about a week a now. Sometimes I'm slow processing my mail even when there isn't a lot of it.

But anyway....

:) :)

I have a feeling that this is but the start to ammassing a healthy collection of Airliner books, be them model-building specific, or otherwise. 8-)

I have the Aaron Skinner book and it's a cracker.

Leigh- Yes it's the Air Niugini A300. I have the same decals to do this aircraft one day when I'm feeling brave :)

Nice. I'm going to unwrap it today and start reading through. Looking forward to it! Anyone know of any more airliner specific model-building related books?

All three of these are a "must" for any Airliner builder.

Cool, I need that bottom one. A couple weeks ago when I was looking around for them to buy I found one, but they wanted a shitload of money for it... I'll keep looking! :P

You're late by a day!!! I found one already. Good Lord, some people were asking as much as $40. I found one for half that.

Also, this arrived, then I couldn't help but put it into MSpaint:

Anyway, this won't be USAF when I eventually work on it. It'll be some tripple decker civil airliner affair. PAN AMERICAN or something... or.. something.

So had a few things turn up today 8-) 8-)

Firstly my 4th 1/32 F-16 and yep, it'll be an aggressor jet

The first decal sheet. I'm swapping a few decals from this sheet for a complete 1/48 Two Bobs TOPGUN F-16 sheet with a guy in Bermuda of all places. The jets are actually blue-greys, not browns. Demarcation shows up better in the instructions in brown.

The real colours

I'll be doing the brown jet as Jell-O, the guy that runs The Fighter Pilot Podcast ( https://www.fighterpilotpodcast.com/ ) I listen to flew this jet during his time at TOPGUN. I'll also be building an F-16A ha flew at TOPGUN as well.

More aggresor F-16's, from 18AS in Alaska

Aggressor F-5N's

The ladies in my life were watching Pitch Perfect 3 (cue spewing emoji) and I happened to be walking through the lounge. I looked at the TV cos I heard some jet noise and low and behold in the background there's an F-16C with nice looking tail art. So onto google I went and look what I found. The cool thing is, with this 1/72 sheet it also includes the first Wild Weasel F-4's as well :D :D :D :D
