WOW!

Believe it or not there are actually quite a few A300/A310/A320/A330/A340/A380 kits residing in the stash.
The thing I find ironic about Airbus model kits is that the seem to be made out of the same material as the real thing :D .

Question - where do all these Airbuses fit in your build schedule?

They won't ever get off the ground....just like the real ones.

Somewhere in the undetermined future, (although the "Entebbe" Air France A300 is currently under construction and has not yet been relegated to the "Curtain Rail of Doom" :D .

Just a "heads up" for the latest issue of Airliner World in the Newsagents :

The 737 article is a good little history and has some interesting photos of some -100s and -200s as well as all the others.

There is a Poster too of all the MAX Operators.

So I'm trying a technique I read about somewhere to get seamless joins on badly fitting wings/tailplanes after painting. Basically it goes like this:

1. Put cling wrap over the joint.
2. Tape the parts together.
3. Fill the gap with putty.
4. When dry, separate the parts and sand the putty to blend in.
5. Paint the parts, then glue..

Essentially, what you're doing is building up one part to fit the other.

We'll see how it goes.
