Alone, unarmed and unafraid! One of my fav Century Series fighters (even though of course this is a recon jet), gotta love the "One Oh Wonder"! Nice work once again.

Interesting photo. Whereabouts did you find it?

Identifying whose Herc that is in the background may help to date the photo?

If it's a RAAF Herc wouldn't it be more likely 1959? Either way that Voodoo must be almost brand new.

Very nice model by the way. Certainly some inspiration there to do that scheme now given the Townsville connection (and not to mention the "zapping").

It has to be '59, as it came here for the 100th birthday of Queensland, which is 6th June 1859, but in saying that possibly went to NZ as well.
I have no idea where I got it from just one of those photos you find and keep, it certainly looks like an RAAF A model in the background, as it has the Da-glo that was on them for the first few years of their lives.

In fact looking carefully at the photo, it looks to have the same s/n as John's model

Hi John just wondering whose decals you used?

Reason I ask is I just had a look at the Hasegawa kit and it's decals are for 60066 (and what looks like a Roo on it too!) and then I found the Caracal decal which is for 60081.
