Yes, it's time for a shameless plug of my own show. Special theme category this year is 'Make a Mustang' and with a little luck, our CA-17 will be sitting in the hangar, well, perhaps a big amount of luck, but I'm still hopeful because they want the aircraft available for Open Cockpit Day the week after.

As always, incentives are available for any club, even an online club, would would like to attend the show in force. There are some conditions to that, so if you're interested please contact me directly.

I'm now taking bookings for swap and sell tables. If you are interested in trading over one or both days, feel free to get in contact with me. Tables are FOC, but donations to the museum are greatfully accepted and tax deductible if over $2.

The museum itself will also be holding a book sale over the weekend, with many items from the late Kevin Kerle (spelling?) on offer. I've had a look through the collection and there is some nice books that will be on sale.

Good stuff mate, bring lots of models I was hoping to have the Mustang, or at least the fuselage on display for the special category, but there's been other things pop up recently and I don't think that will happen, but there could be a couple of nice surprises in the hangar, well I hope so anyway. Can't say more than that at this stage.

Haven't had it yet! The Northern show was just held, I think they did pretty good from what I saw.

Some prizes and raffle items, thanks to Creative Models Australia. The models will be in the raffle (drawn at 4pm Sunday) and the 1 year free subscriptions to; Military Scale Modeller, Scale Aviation Modeller International and Model Aircraft International will be prizes on the day for some lucky place winners.

One week out. We currently have 9 sellers attending Saturday and 10 on Sunday. A big thank you goes out to Metro Hobbies for their support of wings with a fabulous prize for the raffle; HongKong Models 1/32 Mossie.

I also picked up our trophies today. We've gone with green this year and of course, we will give one lucky modeller the big bird; Best of Show. This trophy is voted on by all entrants in a 3-2-1 points count.
