Good on ya! It's a amazing kit. I've the Romanian one and may get the US one. The AEIO-540 engine detail is mind blowing! My only criticism is the 3D printed internal fuselage frame is a little "lumpy" and twisted on mine and will need replacing with scratch building using the kit supplied part as a master - a little painful but doable. All in all a amazing kit. The Extra 330 (single, twin or both!) is at the very top of my shopping list should I win the lottery!
Here ya go Damo - as discussed. Here's Pilk's shaking hands with UK Aero's legend Mark Jefferies in the first photo. Mark did that formation aero's routine with some other guy I've forgotten the name of. I met Mark at his airfield back in 97 and he kindly showed me around. He has a business called Yak-UK - importing and refurb'ing Yak's. Mark was once forced to land at a Russian AF airbase after being intercepted by two Su-27's when ferrying a L-29 back to the UK - quite a story! There are some very interesting people in the aerobatic community!
Dieter is the owner of these Extras. I know someone who could put you in contact with Dieter if say you wanted to visit Action Aviation in Perth - let me know dude.
