I'm used to it, did you see how putty went onto the 1/72 Falcon 900 I finished at the end of last year? :D

OK, now I should be getting on with my DC 8 instead of looking at this, one interesting thing I note is if you are doing it in Take Off mode do plan on having the gear part retracted?

I was going to leave them extended, as if it was not long after rotating. I will mount it a couple of cms or so off the base

Hopefully the filling is at an end, I ended up removing all the moulded on antennas as they were getting in the way of the seam repair.

Started engine assembly and have built the stand. I could not resist a test fit...

Engines are masked and in the process of being painted. Winglets are being painful to paint as the red keeps getting under the masking.
