OK, Troy I have added a couple of build threads, I am interested to see this stand you have procured for Retro Roo.

Here is the tripod stand I got. Perfect for what I thought I'd need.


So I opened the 737 kit to try it out. I knew it would be smaller that the Airbus I did last year, but didn't know it would be that much smaller. Still I can make it work.


The legs do retract, so it doesn't look as bad, but I think I may actually go now with one of the stands I got from Mobius a while back, like the one I used on my ARDU mirage.

Well having served time in South Australia for my sin (the sin of stupidly accepting a Job in South Australia in the first place) the main worry I would have going through the boxes from there would be the appearance of a Red Back HOWEVER with the boxes currently being stored in a trussed roof garage I'm more worried about finding an Eastern Brown comfortably nestled on the top of one of the upper level boxes!

Still I suspect that even if the streaming of this doesn't rate highly enough the internet weirdos will want this done on a "Pants Off" Friday just so they know the exact time I crap myself!

Geez Troy - whatdaya want mate? If A/CAM becomes just another one of those Friday night modellers without pants on web sites, I'm outta here!

Unfortunately being a 4 week on/4 week off FIFO worker it's somewhat difficult to contribute regularly. Not to mention alot of my 4 weeks off is spent trying to catch up on and get as much family time as I possibly can. I miss out on so much while I'm away that modelling takes a back seat most of the time. Last time home I didn't even touch plastic. I aim to change this problem this trip home.

Mate, it is what it is. You contribute lots of good stuff, and always have. We all have very busy lives, and this is just a little model site. I am comfortable with where we are at.
