So in an effort to get a Beech Baron model I have acquired a little, old, banged-up Dinky example with a view to re-furbing/re-finishing it.

Now.....has anyone ever attempted the refurb of a diecast metal model such as this, and if so......
- Is it viable to use Miliput to bog gaps??
- What would be the best undercoat/primer to use??
- What would be the best way to replicate the missing engine bay cover, (as can be seen, one is missing).

Actually Paul.....if ya have a look at the fin tip, she is going to need a little bit of delicate "hammer" work.

No delicate hammer work required. Though some manly hammer work would still fix it I say 8-) 8-) 8-)
