Cool photos..
I like that yellow I-BILL....is there a kit available with the taller tail?
Pretending to do it TAC style with the big boys since 1987
Also, we don't need no steenkin' VLATs!

The P-51H had a taller tail. Not sure if there's any kits out there but I wouldn't mind a 1/48 I-BILL :)

I would love this in 1/48. Lear Wings, contra rotating props. What's not to like?

Just found a 1/72 kit P-51H kit:
http://www.hlj.com/product/rsm92148/Air

CMR also did a 1/72 kit, and Classic Airframes did one in 1/48..

OK I-BILL is a P-51D-30NA. It probably had a H model fin fitted. Not sure how hard it'd be to raise the standard fin. It crashed in '77 in Germany killing the pilot :(
