Glad to see you're back with your Mojo! Hey, what did you think of the latest Star Wars movie - I loved it! I've been to those rocks in the very last scene - stood where Luke stood! The Skellig's are truly a amazing place. I think quite a bit of the filming was done in Ireland by the look. I also need your support to give HRT Paul more shit over the F-35. We must educate him on the 35 as he just doesn't get it yet!

Yes, Ireland features heavily in TFA. Maz's Castle was in Ireland too, (or at least the external locations of) I have seen it 5 times, so yeah I liked it. LOTS!

Paul is lost in the 1960's, 70's and 80's with his love of the Double Ugly. He still hasn't got over the fact that the F-111 was still taken over the Phantom by the RAAF. He should have just been grateful that we had some time with them. Now to have another planes development compared to the Pigs, he just can't get it through his carbon monoxide and burnt rubber poisoned brain, that form follows function, looks are not everything (something he should be well aware off) and that development of new ground breaking technology takes time and lots of money.

No, the F-35 is not a CAS plane in the same respects as the A-10 (may she fly forever), but she is destined to and will be, so much more than a single roll, flying Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrt (As glorious as that is).

Stealth capable on the opening days of a conflict, then an all seeing, ass kicking fighter/bomber for the rest and it's going to get fricken lasers one day. FRICKEN LASERS!!!!

Paul's right - I gotta take this one on the chin! I did start this. I just feel it's my civic duty as a law abiding, tax paying citizen to get the facts right about the F-35. The more I read about this aeroplane, the more I am blown away by it. I'm sure the "unbelievers" will come around in time. I'll even pay for a slice of "humble pie" and gladly watch Paul eat it at say the A/CAM lunch at Expo - maybe not this year, but sometime in the future this will happen!

Oh and Troy, yep, your comments above nailed it and are kick ass sir!
