I also was advised by RB-Paul that Revell will be releasing a 1/32 Me-262B Nightfighter - cool! The Trumpy 262 I have been fighting with for the last three years, so it makes sense that another manufacturer would release a 262 just after I finish mine! The Revell offering is the 2-seater with all the radar stuff, so a different version to what I am building. I'll buy this Revel offering if it's OK. I've always thought that the 737 was a scaled up 262 in some respects! :D

Ok they have 2 engines, wings and they fly. But that's about where the similarity ends mate. I think you either need more of the drugs you're on or maybe less. Either way you need to stop this silliness     On a more sane note bring on the Iron Maiden 747 \m/ \m/

Wonder how they are going to do a cargo version with the short upper deck for the Ed Force one -

Could we hope they might do a new fuselage at least, and correct a lot of the inherent faults with Revell's -400

Surely, Ray, you don't expect the kit makers to do all the work. A 747-300 is easy enough given a 747-100 and a 747-400 kit. Of course, a new and more accurate 747-300 would be better. And, does anyone know if the forthcoming Revell 727 is a new molding or not. If it is a new molding I'm going to be very annoyed after struggling with all these old Airfix 727s.

Yeah.....ya right Leigh. What we really need from the major manufacturers is some more Spitfires and ME-109s

As for the Iron Maiden B747, the initial sketches for the scheme were on a B747-400 PAX version so I expected it will just be the old Lufthansa kit reboxed with new decals.

I also expect the 727 will just be the old tool -100 reboxed....
