Why don't a couple of you guys produce it?

Add a new skill along the way by learning how to mould and cast like I did with my Mirage parts.... I mean, I had no prior experience with that sort of thing and ended up sending thousands of my parts to 21 different countries.

If all we are talking about is a simple fuselage plug and some other parts, then surely a couple of you (knotty, Tor I am talking about you..) could get together and buy the materials needed which would be less than $100 for a simple job to up to about $500 for degassed, pressure moulded set up. I tell you what, I will even give you advice on what you need to do, plus be your first customer!

Love your sentiment mate, but no time. I have just started a new job that is initially all-consuming and is taking all my attention. Actually Capt Eric, if Ryan does not want to do it.....how about you????. You have a vested interest here, after all, we are talking YOUR aircraft :D

I'd love to have a go at the pressure mould set up . Any advice you could give on the subject would be much appreciated.
My only problem is very similar to Ray , I have also started a new job this week . :o it is something I have been thinking about for a while now . What sort of gear do you need for a pressure mould set up Eric ?

What is this degassing you speak of ?? As I know a few blokes who could use it !! :lol: :lol:

I would love to go and do something like that fellas, but the list of to-do's on my work bench is far too long, plus I intend on getting stuck into the inbound Concorde as soon as it lands in my studio.

I will do a `how to'' soon.

Hi Guys,
Just been in communication with Ryan Hamilton. Seems he already has the masters for this conversion ready to go.
He has told me that once he completes several other projects he is committed to, he will have a look at this for us.
He anticipated this conversion set to be ready around Christmas time.
I have told him that there is already orders for between 10 and 20 sets, and he is good with that.
