I join everyone else in congratulating you on escaping from a very difficult job. I wish you luck with your new job and hope that being a GM doesn't mean that all the time you get to spend at home isn't spent worrying about the job. Well......after 23 years, it is my final day with Qantas. Not quiet sure how to feel as, after all this time, QF has become part of who I am. Time to move on and into the next phase of my professional life however.
Thanks for everything QF, and I will see you as a customer.
