Good little find today..

Postby Cap'n Wannabe » Sat Jul 25, 2015 1:09 pm

When I take my youngest to ballet on Saturdays, I always have a look in Cash Converters while she's doing her class. Today, I found something very useful...
In the nail salons, they use a tool similar to a Dremel to shape and buff the nails. They use a variety of bits, and the machine is foot controlled. I picked one up this morning, with what looks like a complete set of bits - 36 in all - and the speed controller....which goes from 0-very fast. The downside is there's only one collet, which doesn't fit my micro-drills...but I use them in a pin-vise anyway. All in all, pretty happy with the find.

Oh yeah...did I mention it's pink? Hardly surprising, given the consumer it's aimed at..

And the set. Note that the tool comes with it's own lovely purple stand..
