That is amazing Graeme! Seeing the vid of the 777 thrust reverser operate in scale form made from manila folder cardboard is truly epic! I really have to give myself a stern talking to regarding whinged about accuracy and fit of plastic kit parts - from any kit.

I've now amended the title so anyone can add any inspirational model aircraft builders - whatever the construction type and material medium used.

@Kev - that is just wild!

@Ray - don't be intimidated, be inspired! Adding hydraulic lines to a 1/144 jet is pretty good in my book. Not much else you can do in that scale - perhaps some wheel well detail if needed? To me it's all about reaching one's own comfort level with detail. Got to keep the fun aspect happening so it doesn't become a chore. I've certainly gone too far before - hand riveting a 1/32 Fw-190D9 - rivet by rivet! That was a modelling nightmare!
