Nice in 1:24 scale but it would be even nicer in 1:72. At least that's what I reckon and I'd certainly buy one in the one true scale.

Whilst I think the Fisher Bugatti kit is amazing, I've cooled off buying it mainly as the real thing never flew. It's a very interesting story but those beautiful wings never sliced through the burning blue of the sky. Yes, the replica will fly at some stage. Perhaps my interest will pick up then - no doubt too late to buy Paul Fisher's masterpiece of a kit!

At present production rates, I've got a good 20 years of projects ahead looking at the stash arrayed around me. I'm really trying to be grown up and adult about what kits I buy now - I know, bloody pathetic!
I just bought the Must Have A-26 kit with the idea of converting it to a A-26K. The more I look into this conversion the more I think why the f_ck did I dream up this idea? Why, because the A-26K looks so cool and so mean and the missions it flew were so dangerous. I mention this in relation to the Bugatti kit as I need inspiration to take on a modelling project - to keep me focused and inspired to finish the job. I just can't get inspired enough to buy the Bugatti kit, as it sadly never flew. Looks so beautiful though.

1/72 kit of this will be tiny! Hats off with a major low bow to anyone to builds this little beauty in 1/72!

Cheers

Adam
