Bending acrylic rod

Hey peeps. Anyone know how to bend 10mm clear acrylic rod without breaking it? I wanna mount an RF-4E through the exhaust at a bit of an angle in a climbing turn. Ta guys :)

In the oven mate. I'll try and find an article for temps etc. I used a piece of curved wood to bend it around. Oh wear gloves!

...or use the other half's hair drier. Don't hold the heat on one part too long or it starts to blister. I now have a paint stripping heater gun I use to do mine.

Then have a former ready and wrap it around it. Leave it to cool.

Thanks guys. I've got a 2m length so I have a few goes at it before I run out :)
