It's already at dangerous proportions Paul.

Ray, process my bum. Putting in a new category is easy as they now have the computer system. The cost for a new category is negligible, especially if you offered to sponsor it with might even make it cost neutral or pretty close to it. It's so easy to change the categories they introduced huge changes when they broke with having an OOB category a few years ago and did it in one go. So we have established the cost is minimal, it's easy to do and there is plenty of interest and models already built...so why can't there be a category this year?
If it failed, then so be it, we didn't want it enough, experiment over. If it takes off, great. Having to go through this extended, labourious process for 1 new category seems to be unnecessarily delaying the categories introduction.
