Stu,
Mine is the vintage Aurora kit and I got it off ebay. Pretty hard to source now but they do come up from time-to-time.
They will cost you bit though, as you are competing with collectors to grab a mint-condition ones.
They did build-up quiet nicely especially when you consider their age, (they are very much a 1st generation plastic model kits). Have a look at Wal's on this site for a nicely-completed example.

Just before Christmas I bought the Cessna 310 and AeroCommander from Wal...he mentioned he had a mate with an Aztec for sale, and put us in touch.
Pretending to do it TAC style with the big boys since 1987
Also, we don't need no steenkin' VLATs!

[quote="tor lives"]Good thread Brad!!!l
OK then....my latest additions to the stash are:
Firstly, the simply superb 1:32 Fisher "Red Baron" Racing Mustang. This very limited edition production run was arranged by our own Adam Akrodude, (and Adam thanks so much for doing this for all of us mate!!). I am SOOOO pleased I have got one of these in the stash...the photos don't do this beautifully-cast resin kit justice, I hope I can.

Thanks Ray and Damo... I would love a Cessna 310, Cessna 404 Titan, Piper Navajo, Piper Seneca, Piper Seminole, Beech Baron 55 and 58 model, Beech Duchess, Cessna 402...pie in sky I know, but the piston twins that I've got the most time in...

Cessna 310, great aeroplane, flew both the short nose Q model and the long nose R model.. I have nearly 1300hours in Cessna 310's.. Great bird..

I prefer the R Stu. They just look better IMHO. Great plane but a shit u/c. That goes for anything with electric u/c though. I wouldn't mind a C404 and C402. I hear the Gremlin C404 is a beautiful kit to build (TFIC) :P :P :P

Yeah, your right Paul, the R certainly was better looking, and the UC was a bit too complex...tip tanks set up a bit of a motion in turbulence. The Beech B 58 Baron was probably the nicest twin I flew.. But anything Beechcraft is nice to fly.. Apart from the B77 Skipper!!

Has anyone ever made a Piper Navajo or Chieftain?
Really like a kit of either of those.
Bit of thread drift...

So the last thing I bought was the new Revell 1/32 Bf109 G10 'Bubi' Hartmann's ride.
