Has anyone bought this DVD?
Damn you to Hell TOR! This is seriously cutting into my "profitability" today. We've launched 1/32 Racer "Nukes" at each other in the past and now it appears you've just launched a "pre-emptive" DVD nuke strike on me - ARRGGHHH!
Now what in the hell can I retaliate with - HMMMMM? This is a lame counter-attack, as it's no doubt going to happen anyway, but -
OK - here goes. I do know you are seriously thinking of purchasing 2 x Fisher 1/32 Pitts Specials - you know deep down you must do this to be a true 1/32 aficionado! Surely there is another 1/32 or even 1/24th Fisher kit you could purchase to top up the order? How about that 1/24 Bugatti 100P? Purchase this and you will indeed be the King of the Kits Castle - well until EricG purchases those HpH 1/48 Concorde and "Cecil" kits! Why not purchase one of those HpH Concordes too? We all know how much you love the Concorde! How can you stand by and let these rare purchasing opportunities potentially pass on by?
Time for a big treat - new job - just sayin' is all!
I REALLY want a Fisher 1:32 Pitts and "September Fury".....thanks for forcing me back to that dreaded site Adam
. Do you get a spotters fee or something???
The
Air Racers movie is highly recommended, (just outstanding "aeroporn" for any air race fan) . Knotty and myself got to see this high-paced, adrenalin-pumped doco-movie at the IMAX theatre in the USAF Museum Dayton, Ohio, (can't think of a better place to watch this kind a movie.....surrounded by famous aeroplanes of all shapes and sizes
). Not sure if it is out on DVD, but if it is, it would be well worth getting a copy.
Here is another good Air Racing movie with all our favourite "stars", (gotta love
Voodoo!!!).
