My "Civie" Akro stash to date.

Postby Adam the Akrodude » Mon Apr 14, 2014 2:52 pm

Probably due to the limited availability of Civie aerobatic aeroplane models, I've been a late bloomer to the genre. This is very much a developing genre and thankfully I've seen a increase in availability of Akro and racing birds I plan to build. Here's some of my Akro model's stash I plan to work through over the next few years. To those interested, the Airshow Models 1/32 Pitts Specials may once again surface through Fisher Models - watch this space!

Nice collection mate. I just bought a 1/48 P-39 to be finished as a racing bird. Seems I'm getting more and more into the air racing models :)

Paul, you must built one of those baby Pitts! I've the AZ Models 1/48 series and they are really nice. Problem I have is too many cool kits to chose from - ARGH, the dilema of choice combined with the challenge of running a small business and having a young family.
