Been flat out with this over the past fortnight which will be my new modelling office. The sparky was in today and put in three double power points, a quad and fitted the flouro. Had to give the home feeling by fitting the TV in the corner.

Cheers guys,

I'm looking forward to lining the walls and building the new cabinets and storage facilities. Have ordered a spray booth so hopefully that'll get set up in there too at some point. I went to Bunnings yesterday and found a small wall hung ceramic heater which actually looks like a split system A/C unit and blows cool air to, so hopefully with the cooling tower fan I have will be enough for the summer.

Will post images as I progress. Waiting for the slab to go in on Wednesday.

It's lacking a beer fridge, shotgun rack, Mirage, girly calender and snacks draw.

Geez Brad, you want everything at once!

On a serious note, the floor went in today and looks exceptionally good.....just can't walk on it till Sunday. Might start preparing other things for it though.....such as the fridge, desk, storage cupboards........

Well if you're going to build a shed, you might as well do it all.

I have to apologise guys for my lack of attendance on the site, but as I mentioned to Ray the other night I have been dealing with the internal renovations within the house and really haven't had much time on any of the sites except for some brief periods whereby I've had to use my phone. Haven't managed to get a phone link for ACAM as yet via Google. Anyway, I thought I'd show you some updates to the shed. It's a long way from being properly fitted out as I still haven't sanded back the plaster putty but it gives you an idea of where I'm at. I also received a 42lt bar fridge for the shed from the family for Father's Day which I need to now stock. If it wasn't for the crap weather tonight in Melbourne I probably would've actually done some modelling.

This was two bouts of hail in 20 minutes in Rowville (Eastern Melbourne suburb in foothills of Dandenongs) at about 5.45pm. If you didn't know you could say it was snow. Chris is standing outside my place with the green Colorbond roof. Most of the hail is still sitting there un-melted as at 8.00pm.
