"Interesting" photos
Thought I'd start a topic to post some "interesting" photos found on the net - some funny, some fanciful, some tragic and some just "What the....". A lot of these photos I collected and used for aerobatic club newsletters some years ago and for annual dinner slide presentations - for amusement and to sometimes to convey safety messages/issues. Feel free to add your own "interesting" photos. Here goes.
"Run!"

The legendary Neil Williams - anyone who is interested in aerobatics knows about the legendary Neil Williams and has his book "Aerobatics" close at hand.

I have this awful and tragic photo as a reminder to never attempt a formation landing - ever!

Alex Henshaw's beautiful Percival Mew Gull - the record setting London - Capetown and back record setter. One of the all time incredible feats oflong distance flying and solo navigation - very hard to ever equal I think.

What can ya say here?

Full burner between the hangars - like this HRTPaul?

Take that Nth Vietnam!

The perils of military aviation

That BUFF crash we discussed in another topic. Note that you can see one bang seat did fire - awful, tragic, sickening and yet a great example of the "Rogue pilot" syndrome.

This will buff out surely?

Required reading for 111 Nav's!

Nice L-39

Now this is a JET!

Now this is low!

What to do when there's no space left on the deck!

Just Cool!
