An added comment. I note that in some of the photos the F-28s have DoT logos and in other DofA logos. Does anyone have a photo showing what a DofA F-28 had on its tail? I seem to recall it was the civil air ensign but who knows how good my memory is.

It would have been similar to what the Aerocommanders have on their tails
