A new specification has just come across my desk for a new Jet base to be built here in Melbourne. Not you is it Ray?

The project description reads;
This specification describes the electrical services works associated with the design and construction of the Melbourne Jet Base at 20 Operations road at Melbourne Airport. The building will be a private first class airport terminal to be operated by Melbourne Aviation Precinct (MAP). The following are the major components which comprise the project:
 Hotel / Rest suites for pilots
 Warm shell office spaces (Approximately 1120m2 Total with allowance for 9 tenancies).
 Customs screening area
 Offices for MAP
 Production Kitchen
 A 6200m2 aeroplane hangar, suitable for up to 8 large private jets.
 An 1160m2 feature hangar, to be also used as a function space.
 Indoor Car park
 Extension to existing Apron
 New external car park
 Landscape
 Services Yard
