Unusual Survey Planes

Postby hrtpaul » Sun Jan 24, 2016 7:46 pm

Here are some aircraft that are operated by CGG (Formerly FUGRO) that I might be working on should things pan out. They fly anywhere between Africa to New Zealand. Angola, Mozambique, India, PNG and indonesia are just some of the places these things go. I have no idea how these Caravans fly with all that drag-inducing stuff hanging off them :)

Some nice looking gear there , who remembers the old Catalina with similar stuff hanging off it at Essendon ? What about the Casa 212 flying chook shed ? Similar set up also . ;) I think the Cat may have been quicker than the Casa ,which is saying something!!!
