I like the idea of going near vertical to minimise the sonic boom. Guessing the meal & drink carts won't be operating during this part of the flight profile!

I'm with you Ray, can't see it happening if ever. The world is run by accountants and it costs a lot of money to go fast. Best keep passengers comfortable and trot along at 0.8 Mach - yawn!

20 passengers.... nah never be viable though if you reduced the load down to 17 you could make savings by not requiring cabin crew
