I am uploading directly from my computer folders as (repeat) I have done for ages to AMI. I have an account with p'bucket but it wouldn't cooperate last time I tried to use it. Will have to try again.

I get that Fred, but there is clearly a problem, so until such times as my A/CAM tech support can sort it, I would recommend Photobucket or Flicker. Please also bear in mind that while AMI and A/CAM phpBB forum software is similar, it is not exactly the same so what occurs, (or doesn't occur), on one site maybe different to the other.

I'm getting the same problem as Fred. Doesn't matter where I load the images from it tells me I'm over quota.

Andrew,
Try uploading from your Photobucket account.

Any developments on this one ? Still appear unable to upload images directly to forum.

Go photo sharing site - I know.

Same problem persists as Andrew mentions above. Cannot upload images directly to the forum ('exceed quota' message).

Seems to be an issue with phones. Do you have a photobucket or fliker photo-hosting account. There does not seem to be a problem uploading from these.

It's an issue from a PC too. Uploading to a photo-hosting site is possible, but a pain. An 'unnecessary' additional operation. It appears the functionality is screwed on this forum.

I use Photobucket myself but there are others that can upload to this site directly from their computer with no dramas so I don't think it's a problem with the site IMHO :)
