Russian crapbox may well have been able to despatch in that configuration due to it being a middle tyre on the bogey.
The appropriate MEL and weight restriction would apply. A380 can also have a similar (deflated tyre) defect on its 6-tyre bogeys and continue to taxy. I imagine these types are military exchangeable and so would have a good list of allowable defects.
Or they'd just say 'screw it' and depart anyway. :shock:
