And the fuel economy of the Saturn V was some big numbers, 7 inches to the gallon, or 9050 gallons per mile, or 21,300 litres per Km being 2,130,000 litres per 100Km.

Hey, that's not too bad given oil prices at the moment! Those F-1 engines did burn a lot of kero and O2!
