I took the trip up the Hume Highway yesterday to visit the Sydney Scale Model show. I had not been since it moved from the Hornsby venue about 5 years ago.
A nice venue, with smallish competition room, the vendor/presentation are was a lot larger with around 12 vendor stands.
Here is a link to the airliner entries, the winner was the Freedom Air 737.

On a sort of related note how's preparations going for ScaleACT? What effect is the clash with the RAAF Air Show likely to have?

Preps are going full steam ahead since the airshow is in Adelaide I don't think it will have an effect.
Though one effect may be that I might not be at ScaleACT because of that airshow!
