For me it's the fact that sitting at the desk for a few hours while more than appealing is being stopped by illness. So far three holiday weeks wasted. I have three more weeks to go though and I fully intend to put them to good use.

What's stopping you guys? Must be something as I'm not seeing much building going on.

My Kubelwagen is coming along ok. But as I'm off to PNG next Thursday not much more will be done. Been spending time with the family and taking my little man fishing before I go away

I've still got two QEA 707-138s that have stalled because of my fear of engine pylons. I'm working on it. In the meantime I have an ANA DC-3, an ANA DC-5 and a XP-54 in the works.

I've been building, have a little 1/72 luftwaffe 46 jet ready for paint and a 1/24 Napoleonic cannon on the go, along with my Devastator here and a 1/32 Beaufighter for the GB on LSP. Airbrushing is a problem though, I have to wake up early in the morning to do it before the evaporative goes on, once that's running there is simply too much moisture in the air.

Anyways, back to cricket next week, so it's training Tuesday and Thursday with Saturday game day. Too bad out coach is a clueless idiot and the leadership group couldn't organise a root in a brothel, but that's another story.

Got a couple on the bench. Been away for some sun, surf and sand... and had some health issues that have inhibited my mojo and getting to the bench

What stopped me modelling last week was embracing my inner hippy-surfer down at Inverloch with the fam. Modelling related though I'm reading up on Raven op's in Laos atm - one of my fav topics - researching for future builds of a T-28D and a O-1. The T-28 will be a Raven bird and the 0-1 - not sure yet. Suffice to say, there will be a lot of spraying light USAF grey in my future!

I'm building armour at the moment, and none of you gimps want to see that. Or do you?
