Just curious, what's everyone building at the moment? Here's my update:

1/32 Trumpeter Me-262 - 70% completed, almost ready for paint (can't wait to annoy Damo with all the RLM paint references!)
1/32 Airshow Models Pitts Special "Bulldog" - 10% completed.
1/48 A-Models Yak-52 - 85% completed (Resident Evil scheme)

I've also made a slight start on:
1/48 Roden T-28D Trojan (Raven scheme)
1/32 Italeri F-104N (NASA - Joe Walker's last ride - the one that collided with the XB-70)

The plan is to have a decent showing for Expo next year - after my dismal effort this year!

I'm trying to keep an 18 y.o one afloat - no thanks to the stoopid world economy!!! GRRRR!

I have not done any modeling in the last three weeks and its killing me. I had some work done around the house and that inspired me to clean out the Garage. Come Friday night however, I plan to get back into a 1/72 C-130H Hercules I am commission building for an Ex RAAF Herc pilot. Early days yet, but its coming along nicely.

He wants it in the same scheme as I did previously and I am keen to correct some of the errors I did on mine.

Apart from the now slightly stalled C-97 you can see elsewhere here, I've also made some progress on my long-term Frankenstein Corsair build:

I've put this away temporarily, though, as I've now begun a review build of sorts, of the new KittyHawk 1/32 P-39:



Things have moved on a bit since that photo, but I don't have an newer ones.

Haven't done anything for 2 weeks as the Hurricane and Chippy have been done as far as paint. I get home Saturday night so hopefully get some done next week. I have aslo have the following on the go:-

and a 1/48 Italeri civvie Hurricane that is STILL in the doghouse

Well I'll be back at the bench Saturday week after 4 months away. Looking forward to get stuck in again.. I have some unfinished business in various boxes, an Italian Trimotor that I need to vacuform a cockpit transparency for and a couple of HS125s.. I think there is more but I can't remember! I have bought a few new kits including Airfix C-47s and the 1/32 Kittyhawk T-6.
What I would like to do next is:
Transocean B377 Stratocruiser 1/72
1/32 T-6 in an Oshkosh inspired scheme (actually built this one in 1/48 a few years back)
1/48 Shuttleworth Collection Sea Hurricane and Sea Gladiator
I am not gonna weed the neglected garden, give that job to a paid gardener so I get to do stuff I want to do.. like dirty up my bench!
