Spotted this in my travels.

Not sure if this version is any good for the VICPOL Dauphin.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eurocopter_AS365_Dauphin

As I understand it, the current Dauphins are of the AS365N3 variety. From the look of the kit, the 'N2' provides an 11 bladed Fenestron rotor, while the 'N3' appears to have a redesigned 10 blade 'jobbie'.

Maybe Insp. Doppel can share some further insight where mine is lacking ?

Dumb question - has anyone out there built the VICPOL/EMS fleet in scale model form ?

While on the topic, look at this poster :

Just saw these online. Any good? Look like a Matchbox box.

It is reminiscent of a Matchbox box, but the sprue layout is completely different:

Just received my copy of the new Dream Model Dauphin 2 kit, and it is a beauty. Crisply molded in gray and clear, decals for four different schemes (three aircraft, one with two different schemes), photoetch, and acetate instrument panels. I ordered mine from LuckyModel:

(scroll to bottom of page for images of contents)

Only $22.99 plus $5.97 for air parcel shipping from Hong Kong to Texas. Delivery in eight days from day of order.
