Now is there a Jetranger kit with floats on the market?

Actually...there are two movie Bell Jetrangers that have attracted my attention:
1/ The Duncan Enterprises Jetranger from "Towering Inferno"
and
2/ The Stevens Corporation Jetranger from "Airport 77", (would go nicely with the 747-100 I am working on)

As for "Chopper Squad"....way to testosterone-filled and macho for me, and that's just the chopper :D

Don't think the F-14 was "civil" in The Final Countdown! Not to the Zero anyhow.

Ahem, already done in 1/72, many years ago :D

I had ruled out military aircraft for this, so that is why I went down the FedEX A300 path.

So Air Force One B747s are eligible?????

OK.....so just to clarify,
The Model Expo 2015 A/CAM display Airliners / Civil Aircraft: TV and Movie Stars display is, as much as anything, designed to reflect who we are.....ie: Airliner-Civil-Aircraft-Modellers
And so with that in mind an Air Force One 747, (as seen in say the movies "Air Force One", "Independence Day" or "2012"), would indeed be eligible because the aircraft in question is by definition an Airliner, conversely a Tomcat, Zero, Hawkeye, or Corsair from "The Final Countdown" are neither Airliner nor Civil so are unfortunately outside the scope and intent of our display objectives.

PS: I LOVED the movie "The Final Countdown" , (especially the looks on the Zero drivers faces when they first laid eyes on the F-14s  ), and Ray that is an excellent model representation of one of the best scenes in that movie!!!

Aw shucks, Ray...I'm blushing! Can't wait to see the finished model...oh, and a tip from Paul - the decal paper doesn't like Mr Mark-Softer..it's a bit too aggressive.
Pretending to do it TAC style with the big boys since 1987
Also, we don't need no steenkin' VLATs!
