I finally spent my birthday gift vouchers at my LHS, Models and Hobbies 4 U today. I walked away with 2 kits I'd been wanting for a while. Firstly the Tamiya 1/48 P-38F Lightning whcxih will be part of my WW2 PNG theme.

Found a hobby shop in a place called Paraparaumu, so of course I went in for a sticky beak.
Ended up buying 2 x 1/72 Cessna 180's and a 1/72 Cessna 185. One of the Cessna 180's has decals for VH-GEO. I must check the scheme against my livery drawing..
