Wandered into one of my LHSs (if just over 200 kms away can be called "Local") on the weekend and couldn't not buy this as pretty sure it was marked at the wrong price :

Also tempted by their 777-300 (even though GH had already picked me up one of these at a marked down price), 747-8, and IL-62M but resisted for the time being although I suspect in the long term should they still be there if I am in the "local' area again they will be like the Borg and resistance will be futile ...

i'll have to think about that......it's the "pancho" barnes scheme...but if you had a "hall bulldog" i'd be in for a swap.

I wish my Wife and Kids would be so considerate to their Dad on his Birthday, Father's Day, and Christmas and any other day for that matter!

Brad, I'd be interested in the Africa version, especially as I had a friend many many years ago who flew Mig 17's in combat for the Nigerian Air Force in one of their little wars.
Don't know if he's still on the planet, but he wrote a book about his ' adventures' which I think is now out of print.

If you're into them, we got them from a mail order company here in Melbourne called Specialty Books.

http://www.specialtybooks.com.au/

Excellent prices, free post over $50 and they were very quick.

Great purchases there Brad for Keith. Hmmm, I see some inspiration for a future build by you - am I right? :D
Wishing Keith a Happy B/D for the 17th as well!

I can't show any pics at the moment, 'cos they're en-route....but I bought a Silver Wings 1/32 Stearman, an Airfix 1/72 HS-125 (thanks Wal!), and a Tigger 1/32 HS-125....oh, and a 1/48 Cessna Bird Dog.

Yeh, quite possibly as there is a rumor of a 1/48 new mold Su-22 in the future.
